Refund policy

At Pressure Makes Diamonds, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — including all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact our team at dice@pmdsydney.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch. Should you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so our team can assist in resolving the issue.


EXCEPTIONS

Due to their nature, custom, personalised, and sale items, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for return. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions about a specific product.


EXCHANGES

To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item once your return has been approved.


REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
